Contact & booking
There is no booking form on this site. Inspections are scheduled by email or phone because nearly every one needs a conversation about timing against your completion date.

Book an inspection
Send the postcode, plot number, property size and your target legal completion date. We confirm availability and a fixed fee the same working day.

By phone
Straight through to an inspector, not a call centre. If we are on site it will go to voicemail — leave a number and we call back the same evening.

Site refusing access?
It still happens, particularly for pre-completion visits. Tell us the developer and the site, and we will send you the relevant wording — usually that is all it takes.
office@snagwright.com We reply within hours on this one -
Existing report queries
If the developer is disputing an item from a report we produced, forward the exchange. One round of support is included in your original fee.

What to include when booking
- Postcode and plot number
- Developer name and site name
- Number of bedrooms and rough floor area
- Which inspection you want — pre-completion, post-completion, two-year review, or re-inspection
- Your target date, and how much flexibility there is around it
With those five things we can usually confirm a date and a fixed fee in one reply.
Leave more time than you think. Pre-completion inspections are the ones people leave too late. Once a completion date is legally fixed the leverage is largely gone — contact us as soon as you have a notice-to-complete window, even if the date might move.
Covered area
Bristol · Bath · South Gloucestershire · North Somerset · Weston-super-Mare · Gloucester · Cheltenham · Swindon · Newport · Cardiff.
Outside that, ask. We travel for multi-plot instructions and for investor clients with several units on one site; mileage is charged at cost and quoted before you commit.
Office
Snagwright Ltd is registered in England and Wales. The office is in central Bristol and is not a public-facing shopfront — inspectors are on site most working days, so please email or phone rather than calling in.
